Truckee River Fishing Report 3/19/12

I’m sure everyone in Tahoe today was shredding pow except for me, I guess. They had to get 6-7 feet up along the crest, all good, as we need it. Hirschdale, and farther East, except for Mt Rose, didn’t get to much. We got about 6″ inches here in the Hirsch. Access from Boca on down to Nevada is not an issue. The Truckee River peaked at about 1000k, but has come back down to what it was before these storms. The entire river is in great shape for the week to come. Temperatures are going to warm and the fishing will be good. Skwalas and b dubs will be out. The streamering should be good too. Tomorrow is the first day of Spring, stoked.
